Drawbly stores one working draft in this browser, plus a previous draft for recovery. Drawing content and titles are not uploaded to our measurement service. Export a PNG to share or an editable drawing file to keep. Clearing browser data removes local drawings and preferences. Downloads stay wherever your browser saves them.
Cloud drawing storage and credit removal are planned paid features. They are not available yet. Every current export keeps the free Drawbly credit.
To learn whether Drawbly is useful, we count page sessions and the first successfully encoded PNG download started in each tab session. The browser sends only an event name (session or first export) and whether it is a public or test count. The database stores totals by UTC date and audience. It does not store individual events, visitor IDs, IP addresses, drawings, titles, or referrers.
Counts are approximate: reloads in the same tab do not add another session, but another tab may. A started download cannot confirm a file was saved to disk. Blockers, disabled storage, connection failures and opting out can reduce the totals. Internal testing is excluded from public counts.
Only the latest 90 UTC dates are retained during active use. Older totals are deleted when another valid count arrives; during inactivity, deletion waits for that next request. These totals are available to the site owner through the hosting platform, not a public dashboard.
Open Help & privacy in the drawing app and select Turn off anonymous usage counts. This preference applies to this browser and takes effect immediately for future counts. Clearing browser data resets it. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Previously combined anonymous totals cannot be linked back to you or individually removed.
The hosting service processes network requests, including IP addresses and browser headers, to deliver the site. These service logs are separate from the aggregate usage database and follow the provider’s retention policies. Google Fonts receives requests to load the app’s typefaces. Drawbly makes no AI requests and uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
